The place was nicely appointed, we enjoyed it. The breakfast was exceptional, overall food was cheap. Staff was willing to help and the whole experience was fab. Wonderful reception. Cosy location to essex farm cemetery.

Views appeared to be not very nice.

cool enough, recently upgraded room and perfect breakfast, supporting staff. wonderful view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. the building itself was truly great with a well-maintained garden. beer bar was busy and reasonably priced.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Very clean property. We had views of the garden. When we came, the owner met us and was helpful. They offered us a buffet breakfast with eggs and bacon.
